Terms of Service
Last updated June 8, 2026
Justice Prep is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. It is a self-help preparation tool. Using it does not create an attorney–client relationship. For advice about your situation, consult a licensed attorney.
Using Justice Prep
- You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for anything you file with a court.
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
No legal advice; no guaranteed outcomes
Documents, analyses, the Readiness Check, and case-law references are informational aids to help you prepare. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee any result. Always review generated content for accuracy and confirm court rules in your jurisdiction.
Lawyer marketplace
Lawyers listed on Justice Prep are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. We do not endorse any lawyer or guarantee their work. Paid reviews are processed by our payment provider; a service fee may apply. Verify a lawyer's bar standing before relying on their services.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew until cancelled and are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider, subject to their terms. One-time case unlocks are non-recurring. Refunds follow the platform's policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (including sending it to AI providers to generate your results). See our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Justice Prep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any outcome of a legal matter.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? support@justiceprep.app.
